For a little taste of South of the Border I cooked up this Southwest theme Fiesta party. This theme could work for a Southwest wedding, birthday party or corporate event. Colors:

Tex-Mex cuisine (also serve some less spicy food for those who prefer it to be mild)-
Chips and dip served in a sombrero bowl-
