Breast Health Part III - Bowen Therapy Procedure - Used Successfully by Thousands of Women

The Breast Health procedure I am teaching you is one of the most amazing hands-on healing techniques I have ever taught in my 30 years of practice as a health care educator. Through applying these few simple, yet powerful movements that take only seconds to perform I will show you how to stimulate your body's own natural healing mechanism to promote natural breast health.

The late Mr. Tom Bowen of Perth, Australia discovered this gentle yet powerful technique for promoting breast health during the mid-1900's.

REMEMBER: The Natural Breast Health Procedure is so powerful for promoting balance and stimulating blood, lymph and nerve supply and the release of toxins that it is not recommended for women with breast implants!

SECOND STEP: Now with your opposite hand, cup and lift your breast, moving the breast tissue up and out of the way, the border of your hand performing the move is up, as close to your nipple line as possible. Take a deep breath, and let it out.

This time you will gently draw the skin of your breast toward the midline of your body. Keeping the border of your hand "glued" to your skin instead of sliding over it.

Now gently apply pressure inward and perform the move with gentle, even pressure, moving toward the outside of your body as far as your skin will allow.

Release your contact with the skin and relax. Be sure to inhale and exhale for several cycles of breathing.

You've now completed the two moves of the Breast Health Procedure on one of your breasts. You will repeat this entire Two Step procedure on your other breast beginning with Step One.

Please join me for my closing article in this series about Breast Health to recap the most important details for performing the Breast Health procedure, along with a few helpful suggestions for getting the best results.

PLEASE NOTE: Bowen therapy is a gentle and noninvasive holistic health care system used for balancing and synchronizing your body, mind, spirit and emotions to enhance your health. Please consult with your physician regarding your health concerns.
